More Editing

More than half the class was away at today’s soccer tournament. For students who were at school it was work as usual, but in an environment that was much quieter than usual. For these group members who are behind in their work, they continued working to get caught up. For those on track, we reprinted the edited essay and put it through the editing process again. Group members were the first in line for self- and peer-editing. Next they need one more adult to edit their work. This could be a parent or a mentor. Groups continued working on other components. The good copy of the essay is due on Thursday, April 18th.

When the soccer students returned to school they worked on exhibition too.

We had a good discussion about the art component. We will continue this discussion tomorrow to ensure everyone is in agreement.

Students are reminded exhibition work must be completed in class and not for homework.

Spring fundraising payments for the trip can still be made.

Remember to send in the form and money for the Wizard of Oz costumes. These are past due.

Remember to return immunization forms by Thursday, April 18th.

Silent dance forms are due back by Tuesday, April 23rd.
