Our day started with a lesson on writing. We discussed the
characteristics of a narrative paragraph and looked at sentences that did not
fit with the topic of paragraphs. Students then wrote a journal entry
explaining what they understand about Exhibition.
Students wrote the math unit test on whole numbers. Once
they were done with this, they wrote the preassessment test on number patterns,
which is our next unit.
During UOI time, the last group presented their project on
water power. We then began working on solving electrical problems.
Grade 6s attended French and Gym class this morning.
