During inquiry time, groups had a run through of their
slideshows, with the task of allocating an equal speaking part to each group
member and discussing the script for the oral component. I had chance to hear
most groups present. They have received feedback from me. They have begun
writing their scripts on cue cards. They will use these cards to practice their
presentation and to begin memorising their lines. I had a look at display
boards to see what is missing. Many students are opting to print pages in colour
at home for their boards. This should be done as soon as possible. Most groups
had a mentor meeting today. They showed their mentor their display board and
slideshow and received valuable feedback on how to improve their work. Groups
members that are behind stayed in during recess and gym in an effort to get
caught up.

All students attended French class. Some students attended
gym class.
