Our Friday started off with a convocation where risk-takers
were recognised. Congratulations to Temi
and Julia for being recognised as risk-takers. Houses also got to
participate in a house game.
Once in class, we worked on our explorers inquiry unit.
Students were asked who discovered America . They wrote their predictions
on a few questions relating to early European explorers coming to North America . We discussed the reasons that Europeans
went exploring. Students then heard about the Vikings. Ask your child what they
learned.
Our class went on our last curling trip. Students are making
good progress with their curling skills.
